Linen & Loop Concierge began right here in Holland, Michigan. Like many households in our community, we know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and everything else life throws at you.
Laundry is one of those never-ending tasks that quietly takes hours every week.
This service was created to give that time back — offering busy Holland households a simple, reliable way to hand off the laundry and focus on what matters most.
As the service grows, our goal is to expand across West Michigan while maintaining the same level of care, consistency, and personal service that started here.

Each Linen & Loop bag equals one standard load—if it fits in the bag, it counts as one. As a guide, 2 loads per week works for 1–2 adults, 4 loads per week fits most families, and 6 loads per week fits larger or laundry‑heavy households.

All plans are designed in 90‑day seasons so we can learn your household’s rhythms and keep your laundry running smoothly. There is a 90‑day minimum commitment, then plans continue month‑to‑month with 30‑day notice to cancel.
Plan Fit Promise
During your first 90 days, you’re never stuck in the wrong plan. If your laundry needs change, you can move between Essentials, Family, and Household Plus so your plan matches your real life. If your usage consistently sits below or above a plan, we’ll proactively recommend moving you down or up.
Travel & extra laundry
Heading out of town? You can skip a week without losing your place. Need an extra bag one week? Additional loads can be added as needed at a clear, flat add‑on rate, which we’ll review with you during onboarding.
